Share Your "One Thing" for Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month
Help raise awareness of brain aneurysms by sharing one message, moment or piece of understanding.
For Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month 2026, we're inviting people affected by brain aneurysms to share their One Thing - one message, moment or piece of understanding you wish others knew.
Your One Thing doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be true. By sharing it, you can help someone feel more informed, more supported and less alone Every experience is different, and every voice helps.
Let’s make people feel seen, understood and less alone, one message at a time.
Your One Thing could be…
-
The One thing you felt: “The fear doesn’t disappear just because the scan was stable.”
-
The One lesson you learnt: “I wish someone had told me xxxx at the start of my recovery journey.”
-
Your One message for others: “Family members need support too. They carry the fear with you.”
-
Your One image: A photo that captures strength, recovery, or what helped you through.
-
Your One truth: “Recovery is not linear. Some days are hard, and that’s normal.”
How to take part
Share your One Thing today and help others feel informed, supported and less alone.
